We are actively looking for a house in Benitachell or Javea at the moment but definitely need a place with a garage or good sized under build or room to build a garage for my machinery which is currently in the UK awaiting my phone call to ship it out here. Any help is much appreciated with our property search. We like the les fonts area and rafalet,covatelles,las lederas, etc,

Different people tell me different things about the areas in general and its nice to get more input especially from people who actually live in the area.Did you move from the UK? If so whereabouts and will you ever go back?
I have no intention of going back once I make the move to the sun.I get the impression quite a few brits are in that area?
My wife Ana is currently living in a rented villa over in Javea but will very soon be working in the centre of Moraira so we need to be relatively close to her work and also we will need to be sorting out schooling for our daughter who will be 3 years old next August.I am still in the UK but hopefully will be joining my wife and daughter very soon on a permanent basis.
